J. T. joined CAA in June 2019. She has been part of the team since then and has worked in animal welfare for nearly two decades. Before joining Companion Animal Alliance, she owned and operated two pet boarding, daycare, and grooming businesses with her husband for 13 years. She also managed an animal health clinic for 2 years. J. T. oversees and directs the development of all programs, activities, and operations necessary to advance the mission, vision, and core values of CAA.
