About Us
At Custer County Friends For Life Animal Society, our mission is to provide a caring, safe, and loving environment for abused and abandoned animals. Established in 2003, we have been dedicated to adopting these animals into loving, responsible homes. Our organization is committed to keeping pets safe, happy, and healthy while they wait to be placed in a forever home.
We are deeply devoted to the welfare of animals in rural western Oklahoma, including the areas around Weatherford and Clinton. Our shelter, built in June 2017, serves as a sanctuary for animals in need. We strive to educate the public on the proper care and treatment of animals, emphasizing the importance of spaying and neutering pets to prevent overpopulation and reduce animal suffering.
Our services include providing a safe haven for animals, facilitating adoptions, and offering low-cost spay and neuter services. We believe that every animal deserves a loving home, and we work tirelessly to ensure that our furry friends find their forever families. Whether you are looking to adopt a new pet or need assistance with animal care, we are here to help.
We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of animals and the communities we serve. Our commitment to compassion, education, and responsible pet ownership sets us apart as a trusted and caring organization. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of animals and create a more compassionate community for all.
