Located in the vibrant urban shopping district of Carytown in Richmond, VA, we are a locally owned pet grooming and specialty retail shop. Our team is passionate about pets and committed to their happiness and well-being. We carry only the healthiest foods, treats, and supplements, as well as the safest, most innovative, and eco-friendly toys, grooming products, and pet wear.
Our experienced and knowledgeable staff is always available to help with anything from choosing the right food or product specifically for your pet to helping solve behavioral or training problems. We strive to maintain the highest standards of grooming, valuing kindness, respect, experience, and dedication to the grooming profession.
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including thorough bathing, blow and hand drying, individual styling, nail clipping, and ear cleaning. For pets that just need bathing or brushing, we provide the same level of care with additional face, feet, and sanitary trimming if needed. We also offer special shampoos and services to ensure the comfort and health of your pet, such as calming aromatherapy shampoos, oatmeal conditioning shampoos, and hypoallergenic shampoos.
In addition to regular grooming and bathing, we provide extra services like teeth brushing, anal gland expressing, and nail grinding. For our regular grooming and bathing clients with more difficult coats to maintain, we offer "between grooming brushing and conditioning" to keep their coats in optimum condition.
We understand that every dog is unique, and we tailor our services to meet their individual needs. Our walk-in services include nail clipping and grinding, face trimming, sanitary trimming, and ear cleaning, available Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
