Our Services
We offer a wide range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients and their pets. Our services include:
- Radiology: We utilize digital imaging technology to provide efficient and accurate images for chest, abdominal, and orthopedic evaluations. This allows us to obtain the highest quality pictures in the shortest amount of time, leading to a quicker diagnosis and treatment plan for your pet.
- Cold Light Laser Therapy: Our cold light laser therapy is used to reduce pain, increase blood flow, decrease inflammation, and promote healing. This therapy is effective in treating deep tissues around the hips, shoulders, knees, and other parts of the body, making your pet more comfortable.
- Boarding: Our highly qualified staff provides boarding services for your canine or feline companion. We ensure that your pet is always cared for and enjoys complete comfort in our climate-controlled facility. All dogs receive a minimum of three walks each day with one of our trained and trusted staff members.
- In-House Pharmacy: We maintain a fully stocked pharmacy with prescription medications, including heartworm and flea/tick medications from trusted pharmaceutical companies. We also offer over-the-counter nutritional supplements for various needs and conditions.
- Specialty Referral: If your pet requires further diagnostics or surgery, we can provide that right here in our office. We utilize the mobile services of East Coast Veterinary Imaging for ultrasound and radiology consulting and Tarheel Veterinary Surgical Specialists for orthopedic and soft tissue surgery.
- Wellness Visits: Regular wellness visits are essential for maintaining your pet's overall health. Our veterinarians recommend yearly exams to evaluate your pet's teeth and provide dental cleanings if necessary. We also use digital x-rays to identify any problems or pain in your pet's mouth.
- Surgical Services: We offer surgical services, including dental cleanings and x-rays, to ensure your pet's long-term health. Our dental cleanings involve taking digital pictures of each tooth above and below the gum line to identify any issues.
Our Team
Our team is comprised of highly qualified veterinarians and veterinary technicians who are dedicated to providing the best possible care for your pet. Dr. Ginger Tran, the practice owner, has been leading Heritage Animal Hospital since 2007. She received her bachelor's degrees in both Zoology and Psychology. Judy Stout, a veterinary technician with over 30 years of experience, has been with us since 2007.
