About Us
At Just Cats Veterinary Hospital, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of feline-focused veterinary care in a comfortable and compassionate environment. Founded in 1991 by Dr. David Bolotin, our mission has always been to deliver superior health care to cats and their owners. Originally named The Feline Veterinary Practice, we began as a small, house-call-based service while our original facility was being renovated. The name was simplified in 1992, and we opened our 2200-square-foot practice at 1110 East Main Street in Stamford, Connecticut.
Over the years, we have grown to meet the evolving needs of our clients and patients. In 1997, we expanded by adding a second floor for boarding and administration, as well as another exam room on the main level. However, as our practice continued to thrive, we recognized the need for a larger facility. In 2010, we relocated to a much larger building at 1029 East Main Street, which was renovated to meet our needs. The new location, completed in October 2011, is now the largest and finest feline-exclusive facility in the area.
Our commitment to feline health and well-being is evident in every aspect of our practice. We pride ourselves on providing a quiet and comfortable environment specifically designed to reduce the stresses typically associated with veterinary visits. Our team of compassionate professionals is dedicated to delivering quality care through a range of services, including routine preventative care, surgical procedures, grooming, and boarding. We also offer a comprehensive Preventive Health Care Program to help maintain your cat’s health.
Our veterinarians are members of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and have achieved Gold Level status for providing the highest standard of feline care. All of our staff members are long-time cat owners who share a passion for providing superior veterinary care for your feline family members. We believe in excellent communication with our clients and work closely with specialty referral centers when necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
