Dr. Brad MacNeill graduated from the NYS School of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University in 1974. For over 31 years, he has provided compassionate veterinary care in the Bradford area and the surrounding communities and is always seeking ways to better his practice and better serve his patients. He has been involved in the supervision and administration of veterinary medical care at the McKean County SPCA, providing initial gratis physical exams to adoptees and subsidizing the spaying and neutering of adopted animals.
