Dr. David Kalinowski graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1990 and proceeded to move into private practice. After practicing veterinary medicine on the Iron Range for numerous years, Dr. Kalinowski decided to further his career by buying the Mesaba Animal Hospital in 2009. He has since grown the business to the size of 3 doctors, 5 technicians, 3 receptionists, and numerous other individuals that perform vital tasks that make our animal hospital work on a daily basis. Dr. Kalinowski has the knowledge and skills to treat your pet, no matter the type. He treats dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, pocket pets, and goats. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, kayaking, fishing, and spending time with his wife, three children, and dog Dexter.
