At Mobile Veterinary Practice, we are dedicated to providing top-notch veterinary care to the pets of Wisconsin Rapids and its surrounding communities. Founded in 1997, we have been serving the area for almost 30 years, growing from a mobile trailer to the clinic we call home today. Our family-owned and operated practice is built on the principles of compassionate and affordable care for pets.
We offer a wide range of services, from routine surgical procedures and general wellness care to sick visits and top-of-the-line orthopedic surgeries. Our state-of-the-art facilities include a dual table surgical suite, an expansive pharmacy, and advanced diagnostic tools such as an in-house Abaxis CBC profile, Urinalysis Machine, Modern Ultrasound Machine, Digital X-Ray, Cryotherapy, Piezo Wave Therapy, and Digatherm. Our experienced staff, led by Dr. Dan Vruwink, is committed to providing exceptional care that meets the unique needs of each pet.
Dr. Vruwink, who grew up on a family farm and developed a passion for animals, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice. He received his pre-vet education at UW-River Falls and his veterinary medicine degree from Iowa State. His dedication to his clients and their pets is evident in the outstanding care we provide.
Our staff is comprised of hardworking, caring individuals who uphold our high standard for excellent pet care. We pride ourselves on creating a collaborative work environment where our nurses and technicians work closely with our veterinarians to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients' pets.
