Tina has over 25 years of experience and deep knowledge of the principles, practices, and functions of effective human resources management. She has HR expertise in strategic operational alignment, workforce relations, succession planning, talent management, and talent development. She positions HR as a strategic partner by creating programs, policies, practices, and procedures that align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Tina holds a bachelor’s in psychology from San Diego State University and is nationally certified by HRCI as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), nationally certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), has a certificate in human resources management from UCSD, and completed UCSD Extension’s Human Resources Leadership Program.
