Our Team
Dr. June LaFave is the founding member of Urban PetRx. She brings extensive experience in urgent care, surgery, pain management, ultrasound, complex medical cases, and integrative therapies. Dr. LaFave holds a graduate diploma in Veterinary Western Herbal Medicine and is certified in acupuncture. Her background includes serving as the Medical Director of the ER at Chicago Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center (now MedVet Chicago) and as Chief of Staff at PAWS.
