About Us
At the Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Nevada SPCA), we are dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment for homeless pets in Southern Nevada. Our mission is to help people and pets in need by offering a range of services designed to support the well-being of both animals and their human families.
Our Services
We provide walk-in adoptions with low adoption fees, making it accessible for prospective families to bring home a new dog, cat, rabbit, guinea pig, or pet rat. Our foster program allows pets to experience life within their own homes until they are ready to be adopted into a forever family. Our volunteers play a crucial role in helping our shelter staff with various tasks, including community outreach opportunities.
Community Support
Nevada SPCA is more than just an animal shelter; we are a human services organization. Our community support program provides food through our Pet Pantry and offers free and low-cost veterinary assistance to pet families in need. This ensures that pets remain with the owners who love them, fostering a more humane community for all.
